MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring suitable candidates for the role Business Intelligence Analyst within our business operations in Bangalore, India.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and deploy dashboards to the business units using Business Intelligence tool Sisense
- Identify, develop, manage and execute analysis to uncover various areas of opportunity to create higher business impact and to drive key business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools.
- Work with various business units to understand their requirement and develop suitable dashboards to achieve their goals.
- Perform ETL operations to validate, cleanse and transform the data to be ready for analysis and reporting.
- Assist in developing the business usage of Business Intelligence tools to drive efficiency in reporting.
- Work collaboratively across various teams and develop meaning relationships to achieve common goals.
- Regularly conduct dashboard maintenance to ensure the data accuracy of the reports.
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
- Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources and databases.
- Develops basic reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Requires foundational knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and basic statistical concepts.
- May assist with data cleaning and data management tasks.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline with overall more than 2 years of work experience.
- Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, Tables, Joins, etc.
- Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions, able to create new KPIs or modify the existing KPIs to reflect the current business situations.
- Experienced in tools and systems on SQL, Java Script, Power Query, Power Pivot, PowerBI, Sisense, Tableau, Qlick view and DAX, Advance Excel.
- Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through analytical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative also, work independently and in a team environment
- Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely.
- Excellent communication skills with good command over English language (Verbal & Written)
- Flexible to work in shifts.
