MSI Services started its operations in 2006 from Bangalore, India to ensure quality of the material shipped from India meets MSI and Market standards. The idea of MSI Services came to certainty with an objective of having MSI’s value chain to focus on core business and moving all the support services required to an offshore location.
From an initial set up of two employees, the company has grown over 500 employees, with an average growth of 20% in the last 4 years. MSI Services offer end to end support to the parent company in US.
WHAT WE DO
With a precise, state-of-the-art management system, MSI Services liaisons between vendors and customers with information related to purchases, stock on hand, customer orders, and imports. The IT team at MSI services employs advanced technology obtainable to unify the system and provide supply chain visibility. The system helps to enable multi-user capability in a network with over 750 terminals.
Additionally, we have developed custom web-based portals for customers depending on their requirements, processing, and fulfillment seamlessly in real-time. It accurately delivers information related to distribution management, order processing, status update, and delivery scheduling.

The company annually imports over 80,000 containers of hard surface products like Granite, Quartz, Porcelain , Luxury Vinyl flooring , Slate, Marble, Travertine, Sandstone, Limestone, Quartzite, onyx,stacked stone and pavers among other premium surfaces,. The company manages distribution centers across the United States and Canada, with an inventory of over 125 million square feet.MSI also has purchasing offices in India, China, Brazil, and Turkey.
