MSI Services Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring for the role of “Project Manager “for our business operations in Bangalore, India. We prefer immediate joiners or short notice joiners.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dayforce HCM Manager or Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. This is a night shift role based in Bengaluru, responsible for the implementation,
maintenance, and ongoing support of our Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) System. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our global implementation of the complete Dayforce suite,
ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, streamlining HR processes, and providing exceptional support to our global workforce.

Note: Interested candidates may apply if you are open to night shifts, with work location in Bangalore from Monday - Friday. We prefer candidates who are available to join on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT leaders and a deep understanding of our current HRIS system (in-house system built by MSI) in preparation for a move to Dayforce.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the Dayforce HCM, including implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and HR stakeholders to understand their HCM needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows within the Dayforce platform.
• Conduct thorough testing of system changes and new functionalities to ensure data integrity and system stability.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing training and guidance on system usage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce functionalities and best practices.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, including planning, testing, and implementation.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy and security regulations.
• Collaborate with the global HR team to support HR initiatives and projects.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Dayforce HCM or Other related HCM, including implementation and support.
• Proven experience in HRIS or HCM administration and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with HR processes, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and performance management.
• Knowledge of HR data privacy and security regulations.
• Experience working in a global environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
